Now we properly compare the size of the image space against the size of the image file. Add to instruction_set_test to warn when InstructionSetFeatures don't agree with ones from system properties, AT_HWCAP and /proc/cpuinfo. Clean-up class linker entry point logic to not return entry points but to test whether the passed code is the particular entrypoint. This works around image trampolines that replicate entrypoints. Remove abstact method error stub, use interpreter bridge instead. Consolidate trampoline (previously stub) generation in generic helper. Simplify trampolines to jump directly into assembly code, keeps stack crawlable. Dex: replace use of int with ThreadOffset for values that are thread offsets.
