RootInfo contains all the relevant info related to the root associated with the callback. The MarkSweep::VerifyRoot function now uses this info to print the StackVisitor's described location if the GC root is of the type kRootJavaFrame. Some other cleanup. Reorder make dependencies so that host builds build first as they should provide better compilation errors than target. 	The runtime, compiler, dex2oat, and oatdump now are in seperate trees to prevent dependency creep. They can now be individually built without rebuilding the rest of the art projects. dalvikvm and jdwpspy were already this way.
