Reduce the memcheck layout test chunk size to 1000 from 1500
This bot is timing out without output during postprocessing after the
tests run. This is new behavior since upgrading the bot to Precise.
Hopefully with a smaller chunk the postprocessing will take less time
and we can get some green runs in.
It may be that the new bot is generating many reports which is slowing
down postprocessing, and once we clean those up we can increase the
chunk size again.
