chromeos: bluetooth: general client code cleanup
Correct comments to match the functions they define.
Use consistent variable names for object paths and proxies.
Add OVERRIDE where we're overriding virtual functions, ensure the comment
specifies what we're expecting to override.
Use DVLOG() rather than VLOG() and remove where they didn't make sense.
Log actual information at the lowest point it makes sense, don't log again
just because an observer was called (there may be many), and don't just
log when we received a response to a method call or received a signal,
use dbus-monitor to debug that.
