Merge 117944 - Stop pumping messages while handling cookie requests for Chrome Frame. This is to reduce (and possibly remove) the likelihood of hitting the deferred navigation code path in webkit when a navigation event is received while pumping messages. The deferered navigation code path puts the renderer's FrameLoader instance into an invalid state that eventually causes a crash.
Note that there is a side effect to this. If we don't pump messages then anything done as part of the cookie request that would require the renderer to pump messages will result in deadlock.
