Shorten SharedOptionsTest.ScreenLockPreference further.
The existing test still times out sometimes, although it has eventually
completed successfully on the bots so far.
This splits the test into 2 tests, 1 browser and 1 reload per test. This
cuts the running time down more drastically to reduce the risk of
timeout, the tradeoff being that the total time is increased somewhat
since there are now 2 tests to set up and run.
