Remove WTF HashMap and PassOwnPtr dependencies for CCRenderPass
We add a ScopedPtrHashMap and ScopedPtrVector which preserve the behaviour of HashMap<T, OwnPtr<V> > and Vector<OwnPtr<T>> and use these for CCRenderPass and any code that creates CCRenderPass objects.
