Remove GraphicsContext3D:: stubs from cc
cc needs GL enum values. In WebKit, these came from GraphicsContext3D::, Extensions3D::, Extensions3DChromium and types came from GraphicsTypes3D. In chromium, we juse use the GL headers for this.
