Add --disable-infobar-ui option to command line to force infobars invisible. We're doing a lot of work on improving over speed index for chrome on mobile, and these popups are interfering with the speed index calculation.

TEST=Run a page set on android that has a lot of infobar popups.
./tools/perf/run_measurement page_cycler --browser=android-chromium-testshell tools/perf/page_sets/key_search_mobile.json --report-speed-index
