Add --logtofile option to candidate_window.
This will be used for debugging. To enable logging, we can modify
/usr/share/ibus/component/candidate_window.xml as follows.
- <exec>/opt/google/chrome/candidate_window</exec>
+ <exec>/opt/google/chrome/candidate_window --logtofile=/tmp/log.cw</exec>
