Remove --smc-check=all option for Valgrind.
This should be OK since http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=23306
This can speed up some tests by 10%...20%
I was running Valgrind & TSAN with both patches locally for more than a month and everything was fine.
