I am adding a new flag, --enable-peer-connection, that solely controls the availability of the WebKit PeerConnection classes. This flag is in addition to --enable-media-stream.
We are doing this change to be able to have webkitGetUserMedia available by default but not any PeerConnection related functionality. Bug=124993 TEST=Without --enable-peer-connection (and --enable-media-stream) no PeerConnection class can be created in JS.
