More assorted changes. :)
1. Decrease columns to 2 for better reading on small screens.
2. Move bug modifiers into their own column. Makes sorting more useful.
3. Change hiding WONTFIX tests to actually regenerate the page without
those table rows. Makes page load ~20% faster!
4. Hide all tests that match their expectations by default. This makes
the page load *much* faster, but also makes it so the default view of
the dashboard is a list of test that we can drive to zero.
