Enable disabled WebSocket tests (ExtensionApiTest.WebSocket and WorkerWebSocketLayoutTests).
These tests were not worked well, because of some bugs in websocket server
implementation for tests, in Windows XP.
This was fixed in webkit r56614 and r56774.
