CSS consolidation: print preview
share a lot more css in print preview. Create checkbox.css which parallels button.css (only print preview uses it for now). Make print preview use button.css (but button.css is also changed slightly). This moves us closer to a world where the widget revamp Glen is working on will only need to change one set of css files.
It also fixes a variety of bugs like the fact that the platform dialog link jumps around when you focus it, the fact that [print] can retain focus even when it's disabled (when you don't have the plugin), the Print header had odd character spacing, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if this patch introduced some bugs in print preview --- I tried to be thorough but something minor may have slipped through. My hope is that it's caught before the next branch point, which is a month away.
