Selectively connect to production Wallet servers for Autofill.
- Default for official builds (including canary) is production.
- Default for unofficial builds (local builds, for example) is sandbox.
- The default can be overridden via already-existing command line flag.
- There's a helpful error message if it seems like your choice doesn't line up with your choice of sync server.
