Return of the custom, non-css scrollbars. Css scrollbars don't allow for partial transparency (the best you can do is to set some pieces to display:none). Therefore we render the scrollbar with a custom div, but that div has pointer-events:none to allow the user to still interact with the underlying webkit scrollbar normally. This also changes the pager behavior slightly. The right one will extend all the way to the edge when there is no scrollbar. The left one will always extend all the way to the left.
