Merge 82252 - FileManager: Add background exif extractionThis adds a worker task that can extract thumbnails (and other exif data), which greatly speeds up the preview panel and thumbnail view mode.Unfortunatly the patch depends on WK Bug 55728, which hasn't landed yet. For now, theworker is disabled via 'ENABLE_EXIF_READER = false'.I've also switched back to reading data urls (from toURL) until http://codereview.chromium.org/6864040/ lands.Finally, since there are a number of jank issues with thumbnail view, I've disabled it via 'ENABLE_THUMBNAIL_VIEW = false'BUG=TEST=manual testing in chromeos-chrome on linuxReview URL: http://codereview.chromium.org/6879075
