This effectively moves a bunch of code from the message-pump to the
touch-factory. This way, the list of devices is maintained in one place.

Combine MessagePumpGlibXs masters_ and floats_ fields into a single pointer_devices_ field. This is to make it easier for us to select the pointer devices of interest in one place.
Also, don't attempt to call XFreeDeviceList if XListInputDevices returns null. This should only happen when XInput2 isn't supported, which isn't a real touchui scenario, but is useful for development scenarios.

Remove the signal handler when the message-pump terminates. This wouldn't
normally be necessary, but it can happen that the message-pump is terminated,
and then additional GTK+ operations happen (e.g. in unit_tests).
Also check for non-null dispatcher before dispatching events. This can happen
for the first-run dialog, and also in the unit_tests.

Setup XInput2 events only for the regular windows (and not for temporary ones). This was causing unit_tests to crash.

For the menus to work correctly, the X messge pump also needs updating to allow

Capture the keyboard and mouse events directly from X, create a corresponding
views::Event out of it, and send it to the associated RootView.
Includes Chad's (wyck) function FindRootViewForGdkEvent (from #3704005) slightly
modified (called FindRootViewForGdkWindow).

The message pump reads events directly from X. For most events, it passes them
on to GDK for normal processing. It consumes some events (e.g. keypress events)
to demonstrate how it's intended to work. This, of course, makes chrome mostly
unusable since you can only use the mouse to do things. But this is a small
first step towards capturing events through MPX (e.g. touch etc.) and processing
them as chrome pleases.
glib message pump: Slightly change architecture
This changeset breaks down the glib message pump a little so that it can be
easily subclassed. The next set of commits will introduce a subclass that still
uses GTK and GDK widgets, but reads events directly from X instead of through
GTK/GDK.
