At the same time, I also moved user_script_master* into extensions/ because I want these two pieces to get closer and closer such that standalone user scripts are just a very small extension. Also extensions will be relying on most of the user script code. I looked at having two different classes using either inheritance (as proposed by the existing TODO) or composition, but it seems like there isn't enough difference between these two classes to justify it. Removed is_off_the_record() because it wasn't being used anywhere and did a few other minor code cleanup things. Under the hood that still uses a Timer object. The API is much simpler for consumers as they now no longer need to worry about allocating a Task or managing the lifetime of the object pointer held by the Task. I added some new unit tests to timer_unittest.cc to cover the API. I preserved the old TimerManager / Timer API for now, but I plan to soon kill it.
