renderer process that went away so that we can tell at the UI level what happened to the tab: did it crash, or was it killed by the OOM killer (or some other reason). This is in preparation for implementing a new UI for when a process is killed by the OOM on ChromeOS which handles it differently from a crash.
Most of the changes are modifications of the argument list to include a status and error code for the exited process, but in addition the following was done:
- Changed the name of DidProcessCrash to GetTerminationStatus.
- Added TerminationStatus enum in process_util.h, so it can be used as the status returned by GetTerminationStatus.
- Improved process_util_unittest to actually test for crashing and terminated processes on all platforms.
- Added a new notification for renderers that were killed.
- Added error code information to crash notification.
- Added status and error code information to renderer IPC message for RenderViewGone.
- Added a UMA histogram count for number of renderer kills.

janky way by running the message loop, I added an option to run the extension packer job synchronously.
One thing to note as it pertains to the bug report is that the path must be fully qualified. ~/ for home directories doesn't work for me.

BUG=22901
TEST=(a) Install an extension and get its <id>, then run 'chrome.exe --uninstall-extensions=<id>' and ensure that extension is uninstalled. (b) Start chrome.exe normally, then run 'chrome.exe --pack-extension=<some valid extension dir>'. Ensure that the extension pack occurs without opening a new browser window (see bug for details).
Adding a flag to silently uninstall extensions by command line. Move --pack-extensions functionality into new extensions_startup files and move the call to browser_main.

Looks like we're no longer hoping to get this approach into mstone4 release, so I'm unwinding this.

In this episode we:
-Create a new ChildProcess privilege (SILENT_INSTALL_EXTENSION) which is granted to the extension gallery pages.
-Ensure that extension gallery pages are isolated into their own process which is never shared with other urls.
Important: The SILENT_INSTALL_EXTENSION privilege is never granted any additional abilities in this patch, so this patch only has the effect of grouping gallery URLs into a separate process.
In subsequent patch(es) we plan to (a) observe this new privilege and allow gallery urls to install extensions bypassing the normal prompts, (b) polish this UI flow [in particular, do not show the black "loading" dilaog, (c) check the id of the extension to be installed (from the crx) matches the expected id (from gallery url).

In order to avoid the singleton socket filename from exceeding the max socket name length, the socket is just named "SingletonSocket" and a new file "SingletonLock" is used for the hostname&pid.
