output target of .exe files on Windows. Change all the callers to
only pass in the basename of the target (e.g., 'base_unittests').
The only exception is chrome.exe which uses chrome_exe.pdb.
This lets us remove a "if env['PLATFORM'] == 'win32'" condition from
base/SConscript and these other files going forward.

This will hopefully improve link time (well, not as much as I'd like) and will definitely help non-IB compilation parallelization.

distributed tests. The goal is to make a test run of all combinations of 4 (as opposed to 5 now) for a total of 34^4 commands (as opposed to 17^5) and see what comes out of it. We won't be running any random keypresses in this run (except in the Dialog fuzzers), only explicit actions.
There were also some discrepancies in how we were using the HTML elements, which I have fixed (Import is now ImportSettings, EditKeywords is now EditSearchEngines and ClearBrowserData is now ClearBrowsingData). I also reordered some functions to match .h file (alphabetical order).

These new commands are not used for the distributed tests/build bot tests, but hopefully that will change at some point.
I also fixed an issue where we were trying to avoid hitting Enter or Space as the first thing as the dialog opens (but were instead always hitting Enter first).

project. I renamed a few functions for clarity, reordered the functions in both the .cc and .h file alphabetically to see at a glance what commands are missing and did the same with the loop in DoAction that parses the input. That change actually flushed out two duplications (ie. "options" had two cases in the switch).

causes intermittent chrome crashes. But, checking in an intermediate step so
that others can play with it too.
Basic concept is to have a pre-loaded replay cache with interesting data. This
test then drives chrome through automation, simulating a sequence of pages in
each tab
in a way that a user might also do so; this allows us to
get per-tab caching of data similar to what the user would see.
Includes a logged in gmail session, a few pages that exercise some javascript,
several languages, and pages
from many mainstream sites.
Lots more can be done with this test going forward; for now the goal is to just
measure and track memory.

(I suspect because I did add an IPC message not at the end of the message list)

suffixes when linking with the libraries we build, replacing the lists of explicitly-suffixed "source files" with library base names in the environment LIBS variables. This requires having ChromeStaticLibrary() install .lib files in a $BUILD_TYPE/Libs directory, and adding that directory to $LIBPATH.

BrowserToolbarView and StatusBubble into it.
Also restructures the creation of the Frame. This is significant! The Browser now constructs a frame via a new static BrowserWindow::CreateBrowserWindow method (see browser_window_factory.cc). Recall the diagram in the architectural overview doc - the BrowserView object is the one that implements the interface that the Browser object uses to communicate with the UI. The Browser object communicates to the BrowserView directly through this interface, but not directly to the frame.
What actually happens right now in CreateBrowserWindow is that an XP/VistaFrame is constructed, but this is _not_ the object returned to the Browser, rather when the XP/VistaFrame is init'ed, it constructs a BrowserView that also implements BrowserWindow. This is the object that's returned to the Browser.
Since both BrowserView and XP/VistaFrame implement BrowserWindow, I am now able to gradually migrate functionality from the frames to BrowserView. During this process BrowserWindow functions not handled yet by BrowserView will be forwarded to the appropriate frame.
Modifies the Accessibility UI tests to account for this extra level of indirection (should only be temporary while I'm moving things around).
This does actually pass the UI tests.
See the whiteboard in my office for a diagram. This is a bit confusing right now since there's so much going on. Sadly the only way to get where we need to go incrementally is to make a mess on the way.

- Had to modify most main() functions for the testing executables so we don't trigger leak detectors.

the last of its native UI. This is done using a DOMUIHost subclass and a new TabContents type.
This checkin also fixes a few minor issues:
* hitting the keyboard accelerator brings the current debugger window to front
* text is grayed out when in "running" mode rather than "paused"
* up/down arrows have command-line history (transient)
* some text used to get eaten when you first bring up the window ("attached to <tabname>"), this is now handled

various SConscripts into readable and maintainable shape. To wit:
* Put the near-universal settings of /DCERT_CHAIN_PARA_HAS_EXTRA_FIELDS, /DWIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN, /wd4503 and /wd4819 in the base construction environment.
* Sort various unsorted source file lists.
* Fix indentation and quoting for consistency in a couple SConscript files that escaped previous dragnets.
* Eliminate two left-over uses of Split() for input file lists.
* Give the devenv invocation to build v8_shell.exe the full path to the relevant .vcproj file.
* Add /nologo to the base LINKFLAGS setting.
* Remove various CPPPATH and other settings that have been hanging around commented out from the Visual Studio build (in case we needed them, which we evidently don't).
* Get rid of unnecessary env.File() and env.Dir() calls in various settings (esp. CPPPATH) and source file lists.
* Add copyright notice to an overlooked SConscript file.
* Clean up version.bat invocation.
