All existing code will continue to use these wrappers. The intent is that some code that I don't want to depend on content that only lives on the UI thread can now call //base/metrics code directly. A follow-up change will make content/ take care of its own thread creation, remove DeprecatedBrowserThread, and move all state and non-trivial constructors from BrowserThread down to BrowserThreadImpl. Also moved BrowserProcessSubThread into content/ namespace. As part of follow-up cleanup, chrome/ will stop using this class. Just the class that provides the action logging API which is used all over the place is being moved. The UserMetrics class uses the notification system to inform the core of the user metrics system of each event, that core part is not being moved. Also take care of a TODO to remove the class methods that take a Profile* as a paramter (since Profile is verbotten in /content).
