Two changes:
a) detangle the mock compositor from compositor_test_support
a) pull in compositor when using a mock compositor
Rationale:
a) this target was meant to support using use_webkit_compositor=1 when WK isn't initialized; sometimes we will want to use the mock compositor when WK is initialized
b) we can imagine scenarios where we want to switch between mock and real compositors in the same executable, and it's one less target to update

The plugin_carbon_interpose_mac.cc which intercepts system API's in plugin processes on the Mac has been moved to
content\plugin. The plugin_carbon_interpose shared library target which lives in chrome.gyp refers to this file.
This is a short term workaround while we look into switching the interposing mechanism on the mac.
Changes as part of creating a Content API

This is a whitespace-only change to clean up from the refactoring of a
couple weeks ago for the component build.

Note that these classes still depend on PluginChannel and PluginThread, which
live in content/plugin. This will be fixed in a later change.

Also rename PluginChannelBase to NPChannelBase, fix variable naming to be agnostic of plugins, and fix a comment in NPChannelBase.
This change is refactoring only and introduces no change in behaviour.

contents of the library are pulled from individual gypis that are now just collections of settings.
There are three changes here ...
1) Move omx_video_decode_unittest into content_tests.gypi, and move a couple of other definitions into the top level content.gyp
2) Change all of the dependencies in the chrome gypi's from content_browser et al. to just "content"
3) Remove the "targets", "target_name", and "target_type" keys from the content_* gypis
This change depends on http://codereview.chromium.org/7697008/ landing first to ensure we have the right dependencies set for content.

We provided <(library) as a variable to support a peculiar
build configuration on Linux. We no longer support that build
configuration, so we can simplify this code to no longer use
a variable.

and use_x11 for the gyp files. For lists of source files that use a mix of POSIX and Gtk APIs, toolkit_uses_gtk was given precedence. I also added Solaris to the remaining grit files.

Since we don't have a need for a chrome/gpu or chrome/plugin directory, their chrome implementations are in chrome/common. Use the renderer one for getting the sad plugin image.
