The switch to angle_dx11 is complete. This is cleanup.
I will land this before removing the angle_path variable from build/common.gypi.

One is the existing one and the default with this patch: third_party/angle.
The other is third_party/angle_dx11, which will pulled in via DEPS in another patch.

Per discussion with gman, we used relative include paths for
nacl, but that's no longer necessary.

This CL adds a per-profile disk cache for any shaders that are
complied while using the profile. When the profile is first opened
the shaders will be loaded from disk and used to pre-populate the
GPU memory shader cache.
The disk cache takes the load time for From Dust from ~30 seconds
to ~18 seconds on my Linux machine for any loads after the first.

It didn't work when the hashed variable was at the very end of the string.
I have changed it to use regular expressions to find the hashed variable names instead.

This enables name hashing for shaders behind a commandline switch --enable-shader-name-hashing.
Also, this CL does not implement the post processing of compile/link error logs.

Many of the includes / dependencies in ppapi + nacl are badly specified.
This turns on checkdeps for most stuff and makes extra stuff explicit.

The function glProduceTexture(target, mailbox) removes a texture from a context group and puts it in a "mailbox" that is accessible to all context groups on the same channel.
Then glConsumeTexture(target, mailbox) adds the texture to a context group, possibly a different one, if the caller knows the name of the mailbox.
From the point of view of the caller, the texture objects themselves do not move, just the texels. In terms of the underlying GL, the TextureInfo service IDs are reassigned as necessary.
A texture in a mailbox is destroyed when the context group that put it there is destroyed.
Expected usage is:
// Context 1
glBindTexture(GL_TEXTURE_2D, foo);
glProduceTexture(GL_TEXTURE_2D, secret_name);
glFlush();
// Context 2
glBindTexture(GL_TEXTURE_2D, bar);
glConsumeTexture(GL_TEXTURE_2D, secret_name);

This is only the internal command buffer implementation.
Connecting these functions publicly to PPAPI or whatever
will happen separate from this CL.
It's not clear to me where to put GL_READ_ONLY and GL_WRITE_ONLY
Probably the same place we expose these 2 functions to the public.

Initial port of GPU process / plugin to Mac OS X. Uses new IOSurface
APIs and therefore currently runs only on 10.6. Alternate strategy
will need to be devised for 10.5.
Slight UI issues remain such as GPU plugins initially showing up in
the wrong place on the page. These will be fixed in follow-on bugs.
Minimal changes made to command buffer code to get it to compile on
Mac OS X. Commented out use of nested anonymous namespaces in
gles2_cmd_decoder.cc which were causing the linker to crash with a seg
fault.
Refactored gyp files so the OS test enabling the GPU plugin is in one
place, common.gypi, and other files test only the variable enable_gpu.
Slight change to gles2_demo_cc.cc to add some simple animation to
verify that updates from the GPU plugin are reaching the screen.
Changed Pepper test plugin to use 3D view by default and commented out
use of audio context because of recent issues.
TEST=none (ran Pepper Test Plugin with 3D view enabled)
