This adds a GL_CHROMIUM_stream_texture extension with an abstract interface
that can be used to allow a consumer to render from a stream of textures being produced externally.
It adds the following functionality:
* GLuint glCreateStreamTextureCHROMIUM(GLuint texture)
This API takes a texture id and creates a StreamTexture object associated with the texture in the GPU process that can be implemented in a platform-specific way.
The returned handle is supposed to identify the stream endpoint. Connecting this to a producer is outside the scope of this change.
* GLvoid glDestroyStreamTextureCHROMIUM(GLuint texture)
Deletes the StreamTexture object associated with the texture and marks the texture as not special anymore.
* BindTexture() will invoke method StreamTexture::Update() if the target is GL_TEXTURE_EXTERNAL_OES and the texture is marked as 'stream texture'.

GpuScheduler and into GpuCommandBufferStub.
Reason for revert: Compile failure on Arm.
This was mostly a refactor because the code was awkward.
I also deleted the original gles2_demo since we have the gles2 book demos now.
THings still to do are a common way of setting up the few objects involved in initializing a command buffer that is now more-or-less duplicated in the gles2 conformance tests, the gles2 demos, the command buffer stub and the in-process webgl context. I also want to completely remove the reference to the decoder from the scheduler.
I tested WebGL on both windows and mac and saw no regressions. I checked the conformance tests, the gpu tests and am running by the try bots now. The gles2 demos still work.

intended to share canvas "back buffers" between the GPU process and the browser process. The plan is to issue all the GL calls in the GPU process now, with the browser process just doing the final present. Removing the redundant code.

GPU can't rely on base because of nacl so it has its own logger. The logger
includes <iostream> in the header, so most gles2 and command buffer files have
std::__ioinit static initializers. Create a common logging.cc which has a
simple method that just returns std::cerr so all the __ioinits collapse down to
one.

These were added in r28089 (http://codereview.chromium.org/256059) but
are unnecessary bloat for everyone to carry around, even those that don't
use emacs or vim.
In an earlier change, I added editor config files in src/tools/emacs/
and src/tools/vim/ so users of the appropriate editor can source those
instead.

This is done by inserting tokens into the command-buffer stream
when synchronization is needed, and adding a
last-read/last-written token pair to each IPC message. This
allowed me to remove the bogus FinishGL() calls from the gles2
sample pepper plugin.
As part of this CL, the return value for VideoDecodeAccelerator::{Decode,Flush,Abort} changed from bool to void. These are all async methods so errors ought to be signaled using callbacks.

gpu_trace_event fork at http://codereview.chromium.org/6691013
- gpu_trace_event renamed to base/debug/trace_event and modified as appropriate for base::debug
- Unit Tests implemented for trace_event
- gpu_common library removed (was added only for gpu_trace_event)
- Existing calls to trace_event suffixed with _ETW to make ETW calls (see decisions and incremental plans at end of 6551019)
- GPU trace calls renamed to new calls.
- Tracing switch removed from test_shell, as linux log file support removed.

This is progress towards moving app/gfx/gl to ui/gfx/gl. Currently, surface depends on gl, but gl depends on app_base (which contains surface). This refactor gets rid of this potential cyclic dependency.
surface.gyp is in a separate file (not a .gypi include) because cyclic dependency checking is at the file level (not target level).

This CL creates four .gypi files that are included in /ui/ui.gyp. This allows
for a single unittest binary for all the submodules, rather than having
individual unittest binaries for each submodule.
To not break the buildbot, this creates a fake target that copies ui_unittests
to gfx_unittests as temporary scaffolding.
BUG=72317
TEST=gfx_unittests (really ui_unittests) passes

This changelist is a lightweight version of issue 6551019, but with
the code change confined to the gpu subsystem.
The intent of this change is to enable forward progress on gpu tracing.
Work on the aformentioned issue, i.e. fusing gpu_trace_event and trace_event, will continue.

Most notably, rename various mock_objects.h files in remoting/ because after deinlining, there were compile failures. This fixes Windows compiling because you can't have two implementation files with the same name in a project, even if they are in different directories. (The output from one compile will clobber the others!)

code used by Chromium and WebGL so that you can't use it
by accident. It's stil enabled for Pepper, the conformance
tests and the unit tests.
Note that bug 71717 was a bug in WebGL. The same call to
glDrawElements with the same parameters would have also
crashed real OpenGL. The reason it didn't with
--in-process-webgl is because some checks were used
with that flag that were not without. Mo is fixing that
side.
Also, I made it so the the GLES2Implementation class
is always the same. Otherwise code calling it needed
to have the same flags.

To reduce the size of this change I've left stub header files in src/gfx/. Once all includes have been updated I'll delete the stub files.
