* Make java.gypi export jar path to input_jars_paths variablecjhopman@chromium.org2012-08-091-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Both java.gypi and apk_test.gypi expect the jar path in input_jars_paths. This means that we were specifying the dependence in both 'dependencies' and 'input_jars_paths'. This change makes it so that we don't need that redundancy. Also, make java.gypi use input_jars_paths in its input so that we actually rebuild targets when we should. * PPAPI/NaCl: Make ipc_channel_nacl post to the correct thread.dmichael@chromium.org2012-07-111-11/+16
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Connect is called on the thread where Channel::Send will be invoked (and where messages should be dispatched). But Channel might be _created_ on some other thread. Therefore, we need to post data that we read to the thread on which Connect is called. NOT the thread where the Channel was created. This fixes an issue where sync messages were never getting their replies, because the DidRecvMsg task was being run on the thread where ChannelProxy::Send was called, not the Channel thread (which is the IO thread in this case). * RefCounted types should not have public destructors, delegate cleanuprsleevi@chromium.org2012-06-261-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | For Delegate/Observer-type classes that specify an interface but do not have any particular lifetime requirements, make their destructors protected. This is to allow their interfaces to be implemented safely by RefCounted types. With public destructors, it's possible to do "scoped_ptr<Delegate> foo", and then assign a RefCountedDelegateImpl, which would lead to a double free. As none of these Delegates actually need public destructors (ownership of the Delegate* is not transferred during a function call / class constructor), mark the destructors protected so that it becomes a compile warning to try to delete them via the Delegate*. * PPAPI/NaCl: Make ipc_channel_nacl process incoming messages.dmichael@chromium.org2012-06-061-0/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | | On NaCl, we don't have libevent to tell us when there are bytes to be read. Instead, we use a reader thread that does a blocking read and posts data back to DidRecvMsg on the channel's main thread. Since this is how we know there's data to read, we must call ProcessIncomingMessages(). * PPAPI/NaCl: Minor fixes to ipc_channel_nacldmichael@chromium.org2012-06-061-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | 1) Make ReaderThreadRunner keep a reference to the main message loop proxy (this probably doesn't matter in practice). 2) Add missing return statement to ChannelImpl::Connect. * Fixing gcc 4.7 building problems.shenhan@google.com2012-06-053-3/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | a) - gcc-4.7 improved the implicit headers that it includes. with <4.7, the gthr-default.h file always pulls in unistd.h. with >=4.7, they avoided that include when possible. so code that isn't including unistd.h itself but needs it now breaks. b) - narrowing conversion in initiliazation list now raises an 'ill-formed conversion' warning, which causes error when -Werror is given. [THIS PART IS NOW REVERTED IN THE PATCH} c) - included patches from pastebin - http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=p3UKs7Cg Note - this may not be fixing all the gcc 4.7 build problems for all parts, but rather than submitting one big-fix-for-all CL, we'd better do it incrementally (given that all the modification is reasonable and minor) so that at least some parts get a successful gcc 4.7 build.
