We want to unlink the blockfile cache on Android, and it seems that
we'll want more platforms with more varieties of backend in the
future. So let's move the backend into its own subdirectory as we
start to untangle the dependencies from tests/etc... into their
respective backends.
This initial checkin isn't perfect; in particular the tests have a lot
of v2 specific dependencies still.

The primary commit was 113249, the dependents were 113261, 113263.
This is a speculative revert, r113249 is by far the likeliest culprit in the blamelist of build http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.memory/builders/ASAN%20Tests%20%282%29/builds/2325 which is where we started seeing the ASAN failures in question, will un-revert if it does not fix the problem.

Memory and disk cache use the same set of events, with the same parameters (Though the disk cache has a couple events the memory cache does not). Most disk cache events were renamed so as to no longer imply a connection to the disk cache, and all disk cache-related NetLog parameter class definitions were moved to a new file, since they're shared by both entry type.

LRU list when an entry is created. This means that
we don't update the list anymore when an entry is
accessed, even if we are writing to the entry.
The general idea is that now we should be able to
open an AppCache and read from it without modifying
the contents of the cache, so that if the browser
crashes, we won't find "dirty" entries to discard.
By minimizing writes to the LRU list, we reduce the
chances that the list will get corrupt beyond the
point where we cannot trust it anymore if the whole
system crashes (and not just the browser).

The sparse IO methods require exclusive use of the cache entry
and they complain when that requirement is violated. When the
user cancels a request and reissues another one to the same entry,
we may be waiting for the previous operation to finish when we
receive a new IO request, so we fail.
This CL add a way for the HTTP cache to cancel IO operations and
get a notification when the disk cache is able to operate on that
entry again.

TEST=run chrome with --enable-byte-range-support --incognito and watch a video in http://tinyvid.tv/, seeking should be fine.
http_cache::PartialData used to read a length of zero when reading has reached
the end. The zero parameter will cause MemEntryImpl to complain about invalid
argument, so early return for the case that we know we have nothing to read.

TEST=DiskCacheEntryTest.MemoryOnlyDoomSparseEntry
The sequence that caused this test to break was to doom to the entry while
it is still opened. Since closing the parent entry only delete itself and
then child entries are not cleaned up. This is corrected by using
InternalDoom() for destruction.

Defines enums for kParentEntry and kChildEntry in
MemEntryImpl. Also has code in MemBackendImpl to
create a slave entry. Parent entries are non-sparse
entries until sparse API are called on them, and
they would start to keep a list of child entries.
Child entries hold partial content and are not
susposed to be accessible from the public and
are managed by the parent entry that created it.
Child entries are registered in the backend's
ranking list to allow individual eviction. More
details about how child entries are to be used
are in the comments.

that the borwser will discard the old cache files.
