* Refactor SpdyStream state for WebSocket supportukai@chromium.org2010-07-201-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | In HTTP, it doesn't use STATE_READ_BODY/STATE_READ_BODY_COMPLETE states. Reading body message is handled in OnDataReceived() and DoLoop() is not involved in this state. * net: add ciphersuite and compression to the SSL connection status.agl@chromium.org2010-07-181-0/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | 18 bits of the connection status word are reserved for the negotiated cipher suite and compression method. This plumbs those bits for NSS. It also includes a lookup table to convert the cipher suite id into strings for the frontend. Although NSS already has a function which does something similar (SSL_GetCipherSuiteInfo), it's backed by a table which is limited only to those cipher suites which are compiled into NSS. Since we have other SSL library backends (and because we can do a better job of representing the data anyway), we have our own. In the future we might want to compile these tables out of NSS and save some space. BUG=27507 TEST=none git-svn-id: svn://svn.chromium.org/chrome/trunk/src@52856 0039d316-1c4b-4281-b951-d872f2087c98

| | | | | | | | | | | | To support SSLClientSocketPool, ClientSocketPoolBase and ClientSocketHandle require a notion of additional error state reported from the pool. Overtime the error handling may get become more integrated, alleviating the need for some of the additional error state. * Add a net::HttpNetworkDelegate and a ChromeNetworkDelegate.willchan@chromium.org2010-06-151-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | net::HttpNetworkDelegate is an interface for providing hooks into http network activity. ChromeNetworkDelgate implements this interface in chrome/ code. In the future, it might also implement other interfaces. My only current intended consumer for this would be extensions. There's no actual behavior change, this is all just plumbing for now. * Refactor SpdyStream.ukai@chromium.org2010-06-141-1/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Split SpdyStream into two parts: base SpdyStream and SpdyHttpStream. SpdyStream is an interface to SpdySession and provides base implementation as spdy stream. SpdyHttpStream is derived class of SpdyStream and used for [Spdy|Http]NetworkTransaction. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Use NSS for SSL by default on Mac OS X. To use Mac OS X Secure Transport in Chromium, specify the --use-system-ssl command-line switch, which also replaced the --use-schannel command-line switch for Windows. All other programs are hardcoded to use NSS for SSL. If SSL client authentication is requested, fall back on Mac OS X Secure Transport for now.
