script deletes the plugin object synchronously. This in turn deletes the
dispatcher which will make the code returning the out param and exception to
the plugin crash.
To prevent the crash, this patch adds a way for the proxy to manipulate the
refcount of the plugin object so that it's still alive when as long as the
scripting message is being processed.
A manual test is included. This is not automatically run now. I tried to fit it
into the current test infrastructure and found it very challenging, We need to
revisit this to allow custom tests to more easily be written.

Intention is that this tester can be used to decouple HW decode accelerator
integration from running the whole Chrome browser.
Features:
- Independent GUnit executable, which should be possible to use in autotests.
- Mimics Renderer process from Gpu video pipeline perspective.
* Test bench contains implementation of FakeClient which essentially mimics
Renderer process from the GpuVideoDecodeAccelerator's point of view.
* FakeClient runs on it's own thread and will communicate with using the IPC
messages that are used also within the real use case.
* FakeClient will allocate memories using same SharedMemory stuff as the
real Renderer code.
* Currently reads H.264 Annex B bitstream from file and parses it to NAL
units before feeding to the decoder
* TODO: Polish and improving the features and configurability.
* TODO: GLES texture allocation for textures.
- Allows building various test cases and error behaviour as well both on
AcceleratedVideoDecoder interface as well as erroneous behaviour from the
client.
- Allows also checking expected order of calls if we want to enforce certain
behaviour across various implementations.

interfaces will allow JavaScript to send data asynchronously to a module instance, and the module instance to asynchronously send data to a JavaScript message handler.
Note, I did something differently from other per-instance interfaces. While the C interface has 'PPB_Messaging' and 'PPP_Messaging' separate from the Instance interfaces, I stuck the per-instance messaging in to pp::Instance. It seems more intuitive to me, and doesn't have the drawbacks of having too many functions in the C layer instance interfaces. Happy to back off of that position, but it's worth a shot.
Overview:
From JavaScript, you can invoke 'postMessage' on the embedded module. That results in a call to 'PPP_Messaging::HandleMessage'.
From Native Code, you can invoke 'PPB_Messaging::PostMessage', which results
in a call to an 'onmessage' function on the DOM element for the module
instance in the JavaScript code (if one has been registered).
Please see the included example or the examples in the comments of
PPB_Messaging and PPP_Messaging.
Restrictions:
- This implementation is synchronous. A later CL will make it asynchronous.
- This implementation supports only intrinsic values and strings (all types that PP_Var supports except for objects). Object & array support will come later.
- This implementation only allows for 1 channel per instance. You can not expose other 'channels' or 'ports'. Future CLs will add support for MessagePorts.

This also changes the FileRef interface to remove the Query function, since
there is no close function, there's no way to cancel the current request, which
makes memory management of the info structure very difficult.

instance with resources and has most callers retrieve the dispatcher
according to the appropriate instance. This isn't hooked up to anything yet.
This changes some PPB_Flash interface methods to use PP_Bool.
The most challenging part of the change is in the plugin_var_tracker which
now needs to track which dispatcher each var object came from, and remap var
IDs since each renderer will be generating var IDs in its own space, which
will likely overlap. A similar system will need to be done for resources
which is not implemented yet.
I added some null checks in audio_impl because audio_ can be NULL in some
cases when using the trusted API. I discovered this when testing NaCl for
this patch.

adds PP_Instance to the necessary places in the API to make this possible.
String and Object vars used to be PP_Resources. But it is not practical to
assocaited strings with an instance since then we can't have implicit var
constructors and have to litter every string with an instance. So this changes
vars to use their own tracking system associated with the module (i.e. keeping
the current semantics) and making it no longer a resource. I made the internal
Var IDs 32 bits since Neb is about to land his 64->32 change.
Now it force-deletes resources associated with an instance when that instance
goes away. I added some additional code and tracking in ResourceTracker to do
this. I could then remove the Instance::Observer class since the resource can
use the (now renamed) StoppedTracking to know that it's being deleted in
response to the instance being destroyed.

replaces the module in most cases.
This will be used in the proxy to multiplex one plugin across multiple renderer processes. We need the instance in the proxy to know which process to send it to.
I added a deprecated var object creation function for native client, which
depends on the module and this is very difficult to change. Because it doesn't
have the multiplexing requirements, this is fine for now.

Previously r69187
Check-in was almost clean, but checkdeps.py flagged it as having invalid includes (because the Clang plugins aren't meant to be built as part of Chrome). This adds the magic incantation (a DEPS file... who knew?) to make checkdeps.py ignore it. Tested by running checkdeps.py in my gclient before and after.

PrintNamesAndSizes
-Find top-level type definitions. Print their kind (struct, enum, etc), typename, size, and location.
FindAffectedInterfaces
-Given some typenames, find other types which are affected if that type changes. This is specifically for determining which interfaces are affected by changing a struct or structs.
Also add a Makefile to build the plugins and a README describing how to run them.
Also add a python script that runs PrintNamesAndSizes with several different targets and generates compile-time checks in to the PPAPI source code to enforce that sizes are consistent, or if they change, we find out quickly.

C API. Adjust some structs to make their sizes consistent across architectures. Note that some structs contain pointers, so are difficult to make consistent between 32-bit and 64-bit. Those types are in test_struct_sizes.c. Other types have a compile assertion immediately after their definition.

flakyness.
This also ups the timeout time for actually running the test. We don't know
what the tests do (some of the file ones do a lot of I/O), so the short timeout
is somewhat dangerous. We have not historically had many problems with hanging
tests other than problems with startup (which has a shorter timeout), so I
think the longer test timeout is unlikely to cause problems.

I want to make the script a gyp action, but it didn't work on Windows last I tried. If desired, I can fix that in this CL, or I can make it automated later.

Add a simple test to ensure all C++ files compile. Re-sorted the includes in test_c_includes.c that uncovered a problem whereby ppapi headers expect pp_stdint.h to include stddef.h, and it wasn't doing it on Windows.
See http://codereview.chromium.org/5190004/ for an attempt at automating the test generation and verification of ppapi.gyp.
