Note this doesn't need to use IPC at all, so it's a little strange.
Made test for pp::Var/PPB_Var that does only strings (copied from test_var_deprecated.cc). Fixed string var tracking so test can pass out-of-process (aside from invalid UTF8 checking, which is still not implemented o-o-p).
BUG=85236

constructs a TestCase but never calls the destructor. In the case of TestScrollbar, this causes a surf-away ASSERT because the per-instance objects remain in the global map. A simple fix is to define a virtual destructor for TestingInstance, and in the base implementation, call the destructor for the current TestCase, if any.

This changes the way that the function APIs work in the webkit directory, now
they're created per-instance rather than globally, and have their
Plugininstance as a class member (this cleans up some code). I had to move the
InstanceData member to be a linked_ptr due to copy constructor issues, but this
should be more efficient anyway.

- rewrite the mapping from PP_FileOpenFlags_Dev to PlatformFileFlags.
- let ppb_flash_file_impl and ppb_file_io_impl use the same mapping logic.
- CreatePlatformFile: resolve the conflict between the win and posix implementation. Before this change, the win implementation didn't allow PLATFORM_FILE_TRUNCATE to be used with any of the (OPEN|CREATE)(_ALWAYS)? flags; while the posix implementation required it to be used with them.
- add more test cases to test the behavior of different PP_FileOpenFlags_Dev combinations.
- also unify the conversion from PlatformFileError to Pepper error.

the "plugin.onmessage = function(x){...}" style vs the 'plugin.addEventListener' style, and it seems that we should prefer supporting the addEventListener style.
This breaks the ability to do "plugin.onmessage =" :-(. I expected dispatchEvent to do it for me, but it does not. To add that support (if desired), I could work on making dispatchEvent do it, or I could fake it out via the script in MessageChannel (Basically have the old path of invoking onmessage directly, plus the new dispatchEvent code).
Brett, please focus on PPAPI-specific stuff. Adam, please focus on my event code (especially message_channel.cc and the JavaScript in test_post_message.cc).

This implements a WebKit thread in the PPAPI plugin process so we can do the
font calls without IPC. The existing font support was refactored into
a virtual class (to prevent PPAPI from depending on WebKit and creating a
circular GYP dependency).
This moves the renderer sandbox support into content/common so that it can
be used by the PPAPI process.

Define the Pepper Video Layer API to enhance video rendering performance.
This video layer will have a corresponding LayerChromium in WebKit which the
compositor can use directly. The objective is to save the extra operation to
write to PPB_Surface3D which saves one memory read/write routine in the GPU.

script deletes the plugin object synchronously. This in turn deletes the
dispatcher which will make the code returning the out param and exception to
the plugin crash.
To prevent the crash, this patch adds a way for the proxy to manipulate the
refcount of the plugin object so that it's still alive when as long as the
scripting message is being processed.
A manual test is included. This is not automatically run now. I tried to fit it
into the current test infrastructure and found it very challenging, We need to
revisit this to allow custom tests to more easily be written.

Intention is that this tester can be used to decouple HW decode accelerator
integration from running the whole Chrome browser.
Features:
- Independent GUnit executable, which should be possible to use in autotests.
- Mimics Renderer process from Gpu video pipeline perspective.
* Test bench contains implementation of FakeClient which essentially mimics
Renderer process from the GpuVideoDecodeAccelerator's point of view.
* FakeClient runs on it's own thread and will communicate with using the IPC
messages that are used also within the real use case.
* FakeClient will allocate memories using same SharedMemory stuff as the
real Renderer code.
* Currently reads H.264 Annex B bitstream from file and parses it to NAL
units before feeding to the decoder
* TODO: Polish and improving the features and configurability.
* TODO: GLES texture allocation for textures.
- Allows building various test cases and error behaviour as well both on
AcceleratedVideoDecoder interface as well as erroneous behaviour from the
client.
- Allows also checking expected order of calls if we want to enforce certain
behaviour across various implementations.

interfaces will allow JavaScript to send data asynchronously to a module instance, and the module instance to asynchronously send data to a JavaScript message handler.
Note, I did something differently from other per-instance interfaces. While the C interface has 'PPB_Messaging' and 'PPP_Messaging' separate from the Instance interfaces, I stuck the per-instance messaging in to pp::Instance. It seems more intuitive to me, and doesn't have the drawbacks of having too many functions in the C layer instance interfaces. Happy to back off of that position, but it's worth a shot.
Overview:
From JavaScript, you can invoke 'postMessage' on the embedded module. That results in a call to 'PPP_Messaging::HandleMessage'.
From Native Code, you can invoke 'PPB_Messaging::PostMessage', which results
in a call to an 'onmessage' function on the DOM element for the module
instance in the JavaScript code (if one has been registered).
Please see the included example or the examples in the comments of
PPB_Messaging and PPP_Messaging.
Restrictions:
- This implementation is synchronous. A later CL will make it asynchronous.
- This implementation supports only intrinsic values and strings (all types that PP_Var supports except for objects). Object & array support will come later.
- This implementation only allows for 1 channel per instance. You can not expose other 'channels' or 'ports'. Future CLs will add support for MessagePorts.

PPB_Var now only deals with the PPB_Var datatype. PPB_Var_Deprecated provides scripting for legacy users, post message API will be the replacement in the future.

This also changes the FileRef interface to remove the Query function, since
there is no close function, there's no way to cancel the current request, which
makes memory management of the info structure very difficult.
