* Introduce .editorconfigEric Engestrom2016-08-311-0/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | A few weeks ago, Jose Fonseca suggested [0] we use .editorconfig files to try and enforce the formatting of the code, to which Michel Dänzer suggested [1] we start by importing the existing .dir-locals.el settings. The first draft was discussed in the RFC [2]. These .editorconfig are a first step, one that has the advantage of requiring little to no intervention from the devs once the settings files are in place, but the settings are very limited. This does have the advantage of applying while the code is being written. This doesn't replace the need for more comprehensive formatting tools such as clang-format & clang-tidy, but those reformat the code after the fact. A third party app might have changed resolution, which requires a device reset. * ID3DPresent_CreateThread Create a thread in WINE to allow nine to use Windows API functions. Required for multi-threaded presentation. In single-threaded presentation mode the calling thread is already known to WINE. * ID3DPresent_WaitForThread Wait for a wine thread to terminate. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Apps can know if the window is occluded by checking for specific error messages. The behaviour is different for Device9 and Device9Ex. This allow games to release the mouse and stop rendering until the focus is restored. In case of multiple swapchain we do care only of the device one.
