This is a bad practice to have using in headers because it pollutes the
namespace of any user of that header.

Add license header in all source files and Makefiles,
Add a "COPYING" file containing the license text.

The mapping data need to be printed, however helper methods are
missing to achieve this easily.
This patch aims to add a new method "getFormattedMapping()" for
CMappingData, allowing to format the mapping data as a string.
