[XFS] Unwrap LOG_LOCK.
Un-obfuscate LOG_LOCK, remove LOG_LOCK->mutex_lock->spin_lock macros, call
spin_lock directly, remove extraneous cookie holdover from old xfs code,
and change lock type to spinlock_t.
