* | module: fix module loading failure of large kernel modules for parisc | Helge Deller | 2009-01-05 | 1 | -0/+3 |
| | | | | | | | | | | | When creating the final layout of a kernel module in memory, allow the module loader to reserve some additional memory in front of a given section. This is currently only needed for the parisc port which needs to put the stub entries there to fulfill the 17/22bit PCREL relocations with large kernel modules like xfs. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip! |
