* [PKT_SCHED]: Restore TBF change semanticPatrick McHardy2006-03-201-2/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When TBF was converted to a classful qdisc, the semantic of the limit parameter was broken. On initilization an inner bfifo qdisc is created for backwards compatibility, when changing parameters however the new limit is ignored and the current child qdisc remains in place. Always replace the child qdisc by the default bfifo when limit is above zero, otherwise don't touch the inner qdisc. Current tc version enforce a limit above zero, other users can avoid creating the inner qdisc by using zero. Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. * [PKT_SCHED]: Qdisc drop operation is optionalPatrick McHardy2006-03-201-2/+2
| | | | | | | The drop operation is optional and qdiscs must check if childs support it. Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
