Got to use 'searchMetadata' and 'SEARCH_METADATA_OFFLINE' option to retrieve offline files.
This CL updated JavaScript codes to use DirectoryContentsDriveSearchMetadata
with new OFFLINE option. DirectoryContentsDriveSearchMetadata calles C++
searchMetadata implementation that is faster than the javascript implemetation
of DirectoryContentsDriveOffline. DirectoryContentsDriveOffline is no longer
needed thus it is removed.

TEST=revert the offline feature and test manually
