[Telemetry] Simplify profiler usage.
Instead of "--profiler-tool=perf --profiler-dir=/tmp/foo", now simply pass
"--profiler=perf". For consistency, instead of "--trace-dir=/tmp/foo", now pass
"--profiler=trace".
This resulted in the positive side effect of cleaning up page_runner.
