Check whether HttpNetworkSession is valid before closing idle connections.
This is an attempt to fix various crashes on Android happening in
CloseIdleConnectionsForProfile(). This method is invoked when the application
goes to background to avoid consuming too much battery. It appears that
the CloseIdleSessions() method is sometimes called on a NULL instance.
