Implement GaiaAuthFetcherIOS for WKWebView
This implements the WKWebView-specific behavior of the
GaiaAuthFetcherIOS. Queries that need cookies are now redirected
through a WKWebView and the result is extracted for the HTML response.
Because of a known issue with POST request (the body isn't sent), this
isn't enough to fix the cookie fetching part of Mirror.
Note that since the piping to create a GaiaAuthFetcherIOS hasn't fully
landed yet, this code won't be called (but is tested).
