More w2 animation tweaks:
. when switching to/from the desktop the brightness dims slightly.
. Made sure animation tween type is consistant when switching from
desktop.
. Change cross fade such that instead of animating the transform of the
workspace we animate the transform of all windows. This is necessary
otherwise the window we're cross fading animates too and it looks
janky.
