Remove TODO about removing ProductS/N special case.
I had hoped that we'd be able to consistently read the Chrome OS
machine serial number from the serial_number VPD key. However, there's
just no practical way to convert all existing data for devices that
have Product_S/N (which we prefer for historical reasons). Thus, I'm
giving up at this point and hereby remove the TODO.
