Tentatively re-enabling ModalDialogTest#testBeforeUnloadDialog.
This test has been disabled since 2013. I enabled it locally and tried
reproducing it in a mix of 4 devices, with Android versions J, K, L and
M, all with debug builds and a few repetitions with release. It passed
in all cases.
As there's apparently no trybots for these internal files I'm
tentatively re-enabling this test to see how will it behave on the
waterfall bots. If it fails the sheriff can revert it and at least we'll
get fresh logs on the failure.
