[Mac] Use object_dispose() for zombie Objective-C objects.
Previously the code essentially inlined _internal_object_dispose(), but using object_dispose() should be less brittle in the face of runtime changes. Added a unit test to make sure that the C++ destructors are being run at -dealloc time rather than pending until the object falls off the treadmill.
