Begin CompletionCallback switchover.
Rename CompletionCallback to OldCompletionCallback in preparation for introducing a new CompletionCallback based on base::Callback. Also renames other CompletionCallback types like CancelableCompletionCallback and TestCompletionCallback and CompletionCallbackImpl. All using sed with s/CompletionCallback/OldCompletionCallback/g.
