Save the last from autofilled or user-typed username/password.
It was previously implemented in http://crbug.com/405574 that Password Manager stores last user-typed password to fix situation when JavaScript changes username/password. But when password manager autofills username/password and then JavaScript changes it, we stores changed username/password. Here it's implemented storing last from user-typed/autofilled in order to get correct credentials.
