Update SPDY4 SpdyFramerDebugVisitorInterface payload lengths for HEADERS/PUSH_PROMISE/CONTINUATION.
Continue to use GetSerializedLength() for SPDY4 (rather than
special-casing to use the HPACK-encoded length). This allows for an
apples-to-apples comparision of SPDY<=3 vs SPDY4 compression
performance.
Also don't emit a visitor call in SerializeContinuation(): this
case is already covered by SerializeHeaders()
This lands server change 70333432 by jgraettinger.
Also update SpdySession to compute HEADER compression efficiency,
and add a regression test to ensure it's hooked up properly.
