Rename tree_creator.py to run_test_from_archive.py
The name explains better what the script does.
Also rename isolate_test.py to isolate_smoke_test.py, which it is.

Improvements
Add trace_inputs.py support for Windows. Fix isolate.py on windows.
All tests passes on linux&mac&windows.
Uses logman.exe, tracerpt.exe and CSV parsing.
