[qcms] Add test to verify canned sRGB profile tristimulus match the
standard sRGB color profile
Add a test. The test results show that the internal sRGB profile is
off by a small margin compared to the standard sRGB values:
Test qcms internal sRGB colorant matrix values against the official
sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile (D50) primaries.
