Fix the assisted query stats param in the instant suggestion destination URL.
When the user arrows up/down in the Local NTP, the omnibox receives the matching text. When the user hits "Enter" to navigate, the actual destination URL is re-generated and the original AQS details are lost. In this CL, whenever an arrow key is pressed, we reuse the AutocompleteMatch destination URL from AutoCompleteResult, thereby using all the original metadata details of the selected match.
